Initial call is customer was without power upon arriving and inspecting electric. I was able to determine that customer has partial power and the issue was due to customer having a bad Phase which is originating on FPNL side I informed customer that they need to call FPNL which they did. I also informed customer and help them turn off AC water heater to not damage it and also made sure customer refrigerator was on the good phase so it would work properly.
Troubleshooting 2 outdoor gfci outlets not working & a Fluorescent fixture at top of stairs in townhome * A Panel Rejuvenation was found to be needed here also , bc her Panel that was Replaced 2-3 years ago ; somehow when she had her AC on roof fixed then water came down piping & poured into her new panel & flooded into her condo.... Now her new panel is alll Rusted & Suncoast Technician Confirms it should be cleaned up other wise will start to have Flickering Light issues
